You can buy specific cuts of meat from animals we have already butchered. All meat is USDA-certified.  To select your cuts, please go to our store page. 

Getting your beef.

We do not ship beef.  You can opt for one of the following pick-up options:

•  Swale Creek Ranch, Centerville, WA

• White Salmon, WA - most Mondays - Fridays

• Hood River, OR - most Mondays - Fridays

• Portland, OR - monthly

• Bend, OR - monthly
